The swimming pool was super. The leisure and sports area offered a good team. Staff were friendly in the pub area, watching sports on one of the big screens. Chris Copeland stood out, he was very great.
The carpets were stained. I did not want to walk on it. Our room was not cleaned. I had to get rid of rubbish and dirty towels and collect clean towels and toilet roll. The tea and coffee were also not replaced.

chipped furnituredamaged paint
the room showed signs of wear. chipped furniture detracted from the stay and damaged paint was noticeable. noise from the fitness studio below was intrusive and impacted sleep quality, i'd recommend avoiding floor 2. also hot desk access, noted on my confirmation, was unavailable presenting a real issue

The leisure facilities included a swimming pool with a good team overseeing it. The bar area had big screens showing sports, which I enjoyed each evening. I noted children's activities were available too.
The lack of glasses in the rooms was a small inconvenience.

Fantastic Stay!

Check-in was easy. The receptionist explained everything clearly. The room was super clean, and housekeeping worked hard, this was very noticeable. The staff were friendly and chatty, as were other hotel members.
The room was a bit too warm upon arrival, even with the air conditioning running.

The hotel provides ample parking space, a definite plus with vehicles. Getting to the beach is quite easy. It takes only a 15-minute drive. It's convenient for those wanting to spend time by the sea.

The on-site Starbucks is convenient and offers a variety of beverages. Breakfast includes many options, it caters well to children. I thought that the food in the bar was great, worth trying.
